Jog-a-thon is back!
Coal Creek's Jogathon is the one major fundraiser for the school. 100% of the money raised is used to give students the resources they need and deserve like extra educational support, field trips, supplies, and more! Our goal this year is to raise $38,000 ( that's $172 per student).
Donations can be made through the Jogathon event website via credit card, Venmo, cash or check made out to Coal Creek PTA and submitted in the school office or at the Jogathon. All donations to Coal Creek PTA are tax deductible. Receipts can be provided for donations over $250. Send questions and requests to CoalCreekElementaryPTA@gmail.com
Consider getting creative in raising money for this event:

Get pledges per lap of running or a flat fee donation from family, friends and neighbors.

Go door-to-door requesting donations.

Hold a lemonade stand or bake sale to support the school.

FAQ
Who's invited?
Everyone! Parents, guardians, siblings, relatives, friends are all invited to cheer and run with your student(s)! Furry friends sadly must stay home. No pets at school!
How does it work?
Students will run with their grade during their assigned time for approximately 20 minutes. There’s music, bubbles, teacher and family participation and lots of cheering!
What will the course look like?
It's approximately 1/8 mile oval around the soccer field. This year will feature two options, a true running course for those who want to achieve a certain distance or number of laps and an obstacle course to spice up the run for those seeking more variety.
What should students wear?
Comfortable running clothes and shoes. Show your spirit if you like in Coal Creek colors - blue, white, gray. Extra pieces of flair are always encouraged!
Can family members run?
Please do! Join your student for one, two or all laps around the course!
Can family members volunteer?
Absolutely! Jobs helping to staff obstacle stations and the course can be found on HelpatSchools.
